I recently joined that casino and won some money. I withdrew 500€ in 04/may/2024 and they asked me for verification of the account. The verification process was very slow and finally ended successfully in 10/may/2024.
Now, 14/may/2024 I am still waiting my money. Their finance department doesn’t answer in email communications and their customer support is always redirecting me to their finance department(who never answers).
I have a very big suspicion that this is not a legitimate casino and I am afraid I am being scammed.
