winsroyal takes ages to process your withdrawal. They say its 24 hours but in reality it takes more then 72 hours.


I had a pending WD that got reversed due to it being pending for more then 72 hours, also if its the weekend it doesn’t count lol only working days!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Yes I am fully verified and no the money came from real money and not bonuses. The thing is that the livechat of the casino when you speak to them they will always advise you to write an email to support, it seems like the livechat is being operated by a 3rd party and not by agents of the company. They say that the withdrawals are within 24 hours but it takes 72 hours + ( office days as weekends do not apply ) lol.

Also adding with my message, I had already withdrew in the past and always takes ages, they advertise it as 24 hours however I had instances over 90 hours.. its a gimmick so you cancel your withdrawal

Unless the withdrawal takes more than 14 days, there is nothing we can do and can recommend to wait only. It's the most common withdrawal period no matter what the casino claims. Please let us know if it would take longer than 2 weeks.

My compliant is that they advertise about having 24 hours withdrawals when in-fact it takes more then that.


its a trick so you will reverse your withdrawals as I did.


I spoke with my country gaming authority and was also advised that they are operating in Malta illegally and not to deposit with them as they will not be able to support

Do I understand it correctly that you do not even have a pending withdrawal? If your complaint is only regarding that somewhere on the site is claimed that the withdrawal should be shorter then the complaint will be rejected. We always do recommend to wait 14 days to process a withdrawal no matter what the casino states as there are hundreds if not thousands of withdrawal requests in casinos and nobody can expect to be every payment processed within a day.

Apart from the withdrawal, my complain is also that the casino are operating illegally in Malta as they don’t have the license to operate!!

Hello innikku420,

It is up to the regulator to punish unlicensed or illegal casinos. The casino owns Curacao license so they should be the one to pursue them if they do not follow their license terms. Otherwise it is up to the player to check if they are eligible to play there or not as it is clearly stated on their website and within their casino terms.

The complaint will be now rejected for the above explained facts.
