Case summary

The player from Sweden has an issue with the online casinos Winnerz, Wisho, and Trickz. Despite making frequent deposits and spending significant time on slots over the course of two years, he has not experienced any wins. The player feels scammed and unsupported, with casino customer service only providing empty reassurances of eventual luck. We did not find any evidence of games being rigged, so we rejected the complaint.

Asking for a refund. I probably have more than 500 deposits at those casinos. Still no wins over 2 years.

Supporters tell me its legit. They tell me everytime that my luck will turn. But here I am 2 years from now and no wins.

Playing slots 4 hours a day and no wins.

4 to 5 deposits each day and no help.

I believe I am being scammed and it hurts.

No help from anyone. Slots being absolute dead. No matter what slot I play on

Is this even possible? Help me because I do feel very scammed. Supporters are very humiliating and asnwering me with same copy paste text and no help. Just want me to deposit more and more and more. And make me believe i will get luck by saying your luck will Come.

This is like spreading false hope to make me believe that I will win. But instead of helping me they want me to lose more and more and more.

Please GURU help me get at least something back!

Dear Tobiasslimy,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. However, I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance

If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do. Please do not hesitate to contact me at veronika.l@casino.guru if there is anything else I could do for you regarding your complaint.

Best regards,

Veronika

But how is it even possible to lose every deposit like this?

Not only that, they also rig tournaments. I was 1 place 8 hours before a tournament ended. Was 1 for 5 days, then 8 hours before the tournament ended, then suddenly 8 people overtook me and I ended up in 9th place. From €2000 to €100. The people who were pulling me were not even close to me. But apparently all of them could get over 3000 points in less than 8 hours, which took me several days to get. The casino uses bots to rig the tournaments.

Don't you see that the casino is scamming people?

It's not that hard to see through. 500 deposits without even a chance to win anything. Pretty please

Thank you, Tobiasslimy, for your reply. Return to player (RTP) ratio, also called payout ratio is a number that describes what percentage of each bet is statistically returned to a player from each bet (it is not saying what percentage of deposits the player will get back as some people may think). So if someone wagers 1000$ on a game with 90% RTP his expected return is 900. There are some facts about RTP that we would like to highlight.

First of all, this expected return is just a mathematical average. In short, anyone can get very lucky (or unlucky) and get a much bigger (or lesser) return than his expectation. However, if you play for a long time, your real return will be close to the expected return. In mathematics, this is called the law of big numbers. Many people wrongly believe that this means that if someone was very unlucky during some time period he should get very lucky over the next period. Or that if the red number won on roulette ten times in a row, there is a bigger chance that the black one will win next. This is called Gambler's fallacy and it's not true.

Past results do not influence future results. The law of big numbers is saying that if you get very unlucky in the past you can expect to get average results in the future (you would have the same expectation if you get good or average luck in the past - what happened in the past just doesn't matter in the present). And this average result will give you closer to the average result overall. For example, if red won on roulette 8 times of 10 in the first ten spins and then 5 times of 10 in the next ten spins, it's overall 13 times out of 20 which is much closer to theoretical expectation than 80% wins for red from first ten spins.

Still, if you believe that you are entitled to any refund, please forward your entire game history in Excel format to veronika.l@casino.guru. You may request your entire gaming history directly from the casino. Thank you in advance.

They almost seem to be hiding something because support said she could fix it now. But now she says I have to wait for a response from their department? So they will check through. But hope they send as soon as possible

Thank you for the emails containing your game history. I'm sorry but we need files where your balance before, during, and after playing would be visible so that we could scrutinize the gameplay completely.

We understand that each player has their own timings regarding the ideal moment for withdrawal. Sometimes it is more efficient to withdraw lower winnings than to wait a long time for a higher amount to appear in the account.

What do you mean now? How do I even access all of this? My balance at these casinos has rarely been more than €100, never any winnings or the like. Don't you see how many game sessions I have with all this information?.... rtp is like 0.001

You actually have to search deeper into this. I have been scammed and nothing else with these 3 casinos that run under the Estonian license

Please request the casino once again to send you the game history together with the balance visible. We do not have the resources to manually count the RTP.

I have sent you an email with more information

The casino answers me very strangely with no complete documents. How is it even possible that they can't give it to me??? They try to cover up all my losses on their sites. Total fraud this.

Awaiting your reply. Their supporters keep urging you to deposit more, regardless of how much I've lost, and they never ask for a possible break, but just keep saying luck will come eventually. I would be grateful if you could help me with a refund

Thank you, Tobiasslimy, for your game history. I have checked it thoroughly but unfortunately, couldn't find any signs of RTP being manipulated.

Sure you guys will close this complaint neither trickz, winnerz nor wisho provide me with all the information I request which indicates they are hiding all my losses!!!! Which is a scam. Is this how it's supposed to go or? Contact these 3 casinos and request a full session of all my deposits and games because they refuse to send it to me.

They are a scam casino that does not take care of their customers but asks them to deposit more and more and more and more even if you complain about losses. They don't even ask for a break or anything like that!!!

Dear Tobiasslimy,

I apologize but as I mentioned before, we could not find any evidence that the RTP of the games was anyhow rigged. Due to this reason, your complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.

Best regards

Veronika
