Hello , i played on winner casino, dont really remind if it was bonus cash as well but long story short ,i requested avwidrawal over a month ago and it wasnt not evem processed.i wrote to them countless times and got maybe 3 answers that they had some problems with high ammount of widrawals.now this casino has a 21 working days widrawal time, and they wen5 over that .please help

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Are you still able to login into your casino account and if yes, is it possible to check there if you used a bonus or not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello so my acvount was checked over o e month ago,im not rrally sure about the bonus,and the last time i spoke to the casino was on their chat and they were appologizing for th3 delay because they had lots of requests.i still can log in to the account,wrire to them every day but now i dont get any response.

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I would kindly ask you to check in your player account if you are able to access your play history and double-check if you have played with any kind of bonus (some casinos have this feature, but not all casinos). If you can't see or access your play history the casino should have it. The reason for this is that there could be different conditions for wagering and withdrawals and it can affect the overall withdrawal process.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but it appears they don't intend to respond to complaints. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We can only recommend you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.
