The player from the United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal of £1200 for over a month. He had £4300 remaining in his account, but he couldn't make a second withdrawal because the first one was still pending. The player, who confirmed that his account was fully verified, wanted his total funds of £5500 transferred to his account. However, due to the casino's No Reaction Policy and lack of cooperation in resolving numerous similar cases, we were forced to close the complaint as 'unresolved'. This impacted the casino's overall rating. Despite our numerous attempts to communicate with the casino, there had been no progress in resolving the player's issue.

I have recently joined winner casino and deposited more £2000.. I have one withdrawl of £1200 on 15th october 2023 and left £4300 in account . It is more than 33 days now and i didnt recieved the funds yet.. I want all the funds to be transferred to my account.. I cant withdraw £4300 as they saying i have a pending withdrawl of £1200 and cant make next withdrawl if you have a pending withdrawl..Can you kindly make the whole funds of £5500 transferred to my account .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please confirm that you passed the KYC verification?

Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

Thanks for opening tha case .. I am new to the site .. My complaint says waiting for you to reply.(if you can kindly explain it who to reply and what is about)

If you are asking me about KYC, yes the way they do verification convinced me they will be good and genuine bookie as for verification you have submit your face live pictures. My account is fully verified..

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for WinnerCasino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from WinnerCasino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
