I have submitted a withdrawal for 4000$ AUD, every week they seems to declined my withdraw. 3 or 4 times now. This time they said they need proof of source of fund which I have provided last month.


PS: I have tried to do this $4000 AUD the past month and unsuccessful

Which documents are already approved? Did they request any other document other than the source of payment? Didn't they mean the source of payment as the account from which you deposit into the casino?

Based on your screenshots, it seems that the last document was approved on 14.1.2022. If you requested for a withdrawal since then, I would definitely only recommend to wait for it to be paid out. Please let us know if the money arrives until the end of this week.
