The player from United Kingdom was experiencing difficulties withdrawing their winnings due to a minimum withdrawal limit. The casino decided to close the player's account and pay them the amount requested for withdrawal, however with a €15 fee. The player also claimed that their player account balance, at the time of closing their account was €15 higher than the amount initially requested for withdrawal. The casino did not provide sufficient evidence against the player's claims. The player later confirmed they received a payment of €5 less than the amount that the casino claimed to have sent. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino failed to respond or provide the required information in the given time frame.

"3.34 By Wire Transfer, the minimum Withdrawal will be 150 € / $ / £."


Please understand that limits for deposits and withdrawals are not managed by the casino exclusively. The payment providers may impose limits for the transactions. Have you tried to communicate an option to deposit more funds into your account, and without completing mandatory deposit wagering, to request a new withdrawal? Which payment method you have opted for?

I have since played again and my winnings are now approx €75

I hope winmonaco responds but i doubt it as there live chat is non existent and they do respond to emails unlike all the other slots sites

They have paid me and closed my account see photo attached but deducted €15 payment fees

No i was not informed regardin the existin balance and €15 payment fee is disgusting other slot sites charge €2.50 not €15

So where did my extra winnings go now they have closed the account

this has been a very bad experience overall

Lookin at the info that is not my dob

i believe as they decided to close my account they should have reimbursed the total balance available minus the ludricous €15 fee

€5,88 translates into about £5 in my currency

£5 is £5 to me

It is so wrong as yet i have not yet got any money back

According to the information provided by the casino representative previously, it seems that the £5 you were referring to are non-withdrawable funds (bonus money). Can you confirm this?

As i stated i had €75 in my account once i stopped playing

taking of €60 and €5 bonus this still left €10 where has this gone

Just a rip off they can manipulate ur account whatever

Dont like the public complaining do they

I can assure you i do play on after and i did accumlate €75 but its my word against thiers is there any way we can access my account to see that i am telling the truth

I am still waiting for the €45 owed to come through

I will find more review sites and leave as many bad reviews as i can about winmonaco

I am fuming that these gambling sites can treat their customers like this is their a gambling body i can report them to please

When it states that 1 will be €20 and the other will be €25 does this not prove the point with winmonaco
