Winmate88 has rejected my payout and forfeited the winning.. because there system so called picked up a brach.


i accepted a bounce that when accepting only stated the the maximum I could withdraw was $868 (attached picture)


all other bonus that you can accept with winmate88 state different requirements to withdraw and they also so win mates general t&cs apply the bonus I accepted did not state that.


also with this online website there is no link for a customer to access the t&c to read them as well as requesting a link for the support team they won't give it too you and state it's on there website when it is not.. they can't even supply a screen shot of where I go to access them.. file

this is the the bounce I accepted (rollover rebate) mine at the time was $18.01 note only thing it states is maximum withdrawal.

this one is another one of the websites bonuses that have not claimed but see how it differs from the one I claimed ..


the one I claimed does not fall under any t&c or rules apart from the maximum withdrawal..

it wasn't stated anything else when at the point of claim the bonus

I have contacted the casinos chat all they say is that I broke the rules by purchasing freespins.


my argument is that the bonus I accepted does not state any t&c like

other bonuses the casino has to offer.


yes I believe the bouns is a roll over or rate of money I have deposited with the casino.. (I have deposited hundreds of dollars over a 6month period).


when accepting any other bonuses on winmate88 it's states what you can an can't do regarding the bouns your accepting..

this one in particular does not state anything apart from a max withdrawal limit.. does not state that even the general t&c need to be adhered too..

I don't know if I have stated this yet or not but there is no where on the winmate88 site or equivalent websites with access to there terms and conditions.. no link no nothing..


I even asked the live chat person as to where and how I could access them.

they said the website dear!

asked for a screen shot as to where on the website I can find this, do you think they sent me a screen shot or could point me on the direction as to where I can read all there terms and conduits


no .. no they couldn't..


how is someone to know any rules that there violating or anything like that if there is no access to the terms and conditions

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
