The player from Argentina had his account blocked after he made deposits and requested a withdrawal of the remaining funds. The casino had cited violations of Anti-Money Laundering policies and irregular betting patterns as the reasons for this action. The player had claimed to have no active bonuses at the time. However, he had failed to respond to further queries from the Complaints Team about his deposit details. As a result, we couldn't investigate further and had no choice but to reject the complaint.

I did many deposits through Astropay, playing funds entirely over about a week. I played mainly live games, and some slots.

The last time I made a LTC deposit and, after losing it entirely, I requested a withdrawal of my remaning funds (11000 ARS or USD 40 at the moment).

I got blocked with the excuse of "gambling addiction" (a generic excuse message they show to blocked accounts). After several attemps to contact support, who were eluding me, they told me I broke their AML policies (they never argued why) and then refused to pay me nor to answer me anymore.
