Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.
However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi i have full verifucaded account. I even have extra verification account to made withdraw via bank transfer. Without extra verification all withdraw methods was disable. My withdraw is still processed... Nod even accept so no differente what method i have use 🙂 my withdraw have pending status. Company was banned on Twitter and Facebook for breaking rules.
And one thing. Verification account take one day or something like that so i dont se reasons to pending withdraw via months 😉

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
