The problem I have is that when I contacted support, a lady named Gabriela told me that the bet was not winning. I agreed with her, as this is a fact since I was not playing. The problem is that the website accepts bets, then throws users out and does not return the stake. The lady was extremely incompetent and kept repeating that the bet was successful but not winning.


I called the phone number provided on the website, and the gentleman was just as "courteous". He insinuated that the problem was with my internet and there was no way to refund the amount, after which the conversation was ended by him. I called a second time; when I finally connected, I literally heard silence and then they hung up on me. I called a third time and asked to be connected with a supervisor/manager, someone who would not yell like the said gentleman. He said there was no such option. I didn't get a chance to speak to anyone else.


Afterwards, my girlfriend called and asked them "how can we get in touch with the management", because at this stage it was not so much about the bet as wanting to file a complaint about the gentleman. She was told that if we called during working hours, they would connect us to a manager - something the first gentleman, who obviously has anger issues, said couldn't happen.


I want someone competent from Winbet to talk to me, someone who doesn't shout and doesn't lecture me about my internet, but listens calmly and understands what the problem was. Specifically, that their site is accepting bets and crashing. Their support has been rude and incompetent.
