Thank you for the screenshots and additional information. If I understand you correctly, there are situations when you are supposed to win but one slot keeps turning, right? What happens after that? Does it get stuck or it stops eventually? In any case, if you take a look at your game history, you should be able to see the results of the game rounds regardless. You also write that the casino replied to you without respect. Actually, the casino replied in a very polite way and offered you a €50 bonus.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a response from the casino. I tried to contact different casino reps, but I wasn't successful. The casino has a Bulgarian license and I found an email address where you can submit a complaint. You can try this as a last resort solution. The email address is here: dkh@minfin.bg.
