Hi, I was removed from the virtual sports tournament without breaking the rules of the tournament, but by decision of the casino. On the first day of the tournament I won first place. I started collecting bets for the second day on 16.04 after 10:00 am, at 13:30 I received an email saying that I had been canceled and the accumulated bets for day 2 would not be counted. According to clause 16 of the rules, the player will be promptly notified if he or she is removed from the tournament and the casino removes me 3.5 hours after the start of day 2 without taking into account the accumulated points from day 2, which is incorrect on their part.
Здравейте, бях отстранена от турнира за виртуални спортове, без да нарушавам правилата на турнира, а по решение на казиното. В първият ден на турнира спечелих първото място. Започнах да трупам залози за втория ден на 16.04 след 10:00ч., в 13:30 получих имейл, че съм отстранена и натрупаните залози за ден 2 няма да бъдат зачетени. Според т.16 от правилата играчът ще бъде СВОЕВРЕМЕННО уведомен ако е отстранен от турнира, а казиното ме отстранява 3,5ч след началото на ден 2 без да зачете натрупаните точки от ден 2, което е некоректно от тяхна страна.
