The player from France has requested a withdrawal which was confirmed more than two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the payment hasn’t been received yet and the account seems to be suspended. The complaint was resolved as the player received his winnings.

I made a withdrawal on December 10, 2020 from the WinParadise casino for a value of 1030 euros. After several checks on their part, my withdrawal was validated on January 12, 2021. I received an email telling me that I had to receive my payment within 7 working days. Still not having received anything when the deadline was exceeded, I contacted them online and I was assured that I would receive my money quickly. It is January 29th and I still have no payments and my account on WinParadise has been deactivated without warning or explanation. My emails to the financial department went unanswered and I don't know how to recover my earnings.

Hello and thank you for your response. I have never accepted any bonus from this casino and this is my first win so I have never withdrawn from them. I used a bank card for my deposits and requested the withdrawal by bank transfer. My documents were validated quickly but they required to make additional checks which presented no problem. The withdrawal was validated on January 12 (with confirmation by email). Thank you for your help.
