they been ask me some document and I send it on and I wrote that with draw money £500 after three days been in my account and then when I win 64,000 they’ve been asked for more document I sent all and I didn’t do anything from them I sent so many emails and has been out over seven months I told them I’m going to see my solicitor to contact you and then they contact me back And they ask me again same document and I sent and no response after that

I still see if I go to my account casino I can see in my transaction history my money still there but I can load without through to my bank account

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Hello .


The player made a deposit of (around) 400£ and made BIG WITHDRAWAL of (around) 64,000£.


At the same time the KYC was validate , we have proceeded the payment !


This case has been resolved since March 2022.


We are asking Guru to change the statut of this case ASAP.
