After being bombarded with gambling adverts on all my social media sites I finally craved in a started gambling which started a viscous gambling spree for me as I’m a prolific addicted gambler I signed up to William hill with my name date of birth and same mobile phone number as what I have on my GameStop account the email and address was different after depositing stupid amounts of money and betting out if control it final came to an end when my partner caught me let me add not by the casino site they would of happily let me bet 20k with no questions asked. I want a full refund back as I feel let down by the steps taken by the casino I know I have responsibilities which I have stuck by for 2 years but there gambling sites have responsibilities too and they make it very difficult for people like us when they flood our social media daily with betting adverts. I’ve messaged William hill and they told me to send me GameStop details in which I have done but I haven’t heard a response yet it’s causing me really bad anxiety waiting to hear a response I need some help with this matter, I’m pretty sure 888casino is a sister site if william hill and I tried registering there it got accepted and I made my first bet but then they must of flagged that I was a Vulnerable gambler and my account got locked I’m still waiting to try and withdraw my money back from 888 but have had no response yet

Hi thanks for getting back to me I’m still waiting for a reply back from Willaim hill because they said they are investigating the issue that’s why I haven’t replied back to you I will keep you updated on the situation though
