I deposited at this casino, received a bonus and played.

When I completed the wagering requirements of the bonus and applied for a withdrawal, my account was frozen and my funds were confiscated.


I was suddenly logged out of my account and unable to log in.

The problem is that there was no email or notification about the freeze or the reason for it until I contacted them.


I registered my account on 29 November and completed the required authorisation for withdrawals.

I then made an initial deposit of USD 200 in USDT, received a bonus of approximately USD 370 and completed the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal.

I think it was approximately USD 573.

A few minutes later, I was suddenly logged out and when I tried to log in, it said my account had been banned.


I never heard from them again.

I emailed the casino and requested an accurate, evidence-based explanation as to why my account was closed in accordance with the casino's terms and conditions.

The casino responded that it was due to abnormal betting being detected, but failed to provide any evidence as to which terms and conditions I had breached.

If the casino cannot provide any evidence that I have violated them, I should receive the withdrawal I applied for.

Dear nao110, 

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
