Won 1200 euros in April 2020 (yes over 2 years ago)

Emailed ID over to get verified to get it - then heard nothing. 1200 euros still pending now, May 2022. I have sent over 100 emails regarding this - no reply. No way of contacting other than via email - no phone number or live chat. Dont know who to contact for help as I want my 1200 euros. I withdrew the funds at a time I was emailed a - Fast withdraw promotion - which is a joke as 2 years later still waiting for my funds. I keep emailing them everytime they send a promotion asking for my funds in the hope someone with a conscious will actually reply and help me.
