Since November 1st, 2022, I have had a payout of 250 euros in my account. I've always canceled the payout and applied for it again because I was hoping something would happen at their casino.
I've written 15 emails to their given email addresses but no answer and nothing happens!
I don't know what to do anymore. My account is also fully verified.
Please help me!

ich habe seit dem 1.11.22 eine Auszahlungssumme von 250 Euro auf dem Konto. Habe die Auszahlung immer mal abgebrochen und erneut beantragt, da ich gehofft habe es tut sich dann etwas bei deren Casino.
habe mitlerweile 15 Mails geschrieben zu deren angegebenen email Adressen aber keine Antwort und nichts geschieht!
Ich weis mittlerweile nicht mehr was ich machen soll. Mein Account ist auch vollkommen verifiziert.

I received 5€ cashback after my deposit and played it up to 250€.
I have not received a single message from the casino so far. I sent 14 emails without getting a response. I'm just ignored there.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
