The player's withdrawal is delayed for 2 weeks. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
I have not heard back from them in regards to my winnings ($200)& as to whether or not my withdraw will be approved. It's been about 2 weeks. I'm thinking now, it probably won't be given their reputation. I wish they weren't allowed to be operating Or at least I had read the reviews about them first, before trusting them an continuing to spend at there site. Although the amount is not extravagant & I do only play for fun with any extra funds I get. It's upsetting to know that what little extra money I had has been scammed & is now lining the pockets of some rich scammer. I was also depending on the $ 200 to have before Christmas for presents for my children. To think after I received my winnings I would've continues to play there. I'm sad & glad to know now not to do so. Sad because I actually won but won't receive anything.

Hi! I Submitted 2 pieces of required documentation right after winning. The last 2 most recently. 1 through website & last one through email as I wasn't able to submit through website due to technical issues. The documents have been received by them as it confirms so,just says awaiting review.The money was won via a deposit bonus. I'm certain I met all playthrough requirements. I've emailed & filled out contact form through website,them 3 times so far, once was to change dob as it was incorrect,& to inquire on payment. I Did receive a response back from a lady saying she had updated my info & in regards to payment I was to contact the ones responsible for payouts which I did. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
