Hi, i made a withdrawal in two steps on 12/07/2022. First 1000€, then 400€ - both are flagged as "processed via bank". The money is still not on my bank account. Two emails and several chats with the support didn't make any difference.


It's not my first withdrawal: Some weeks before I made a withdrawal aswell and the money was transfered about two weeks later (900€ instead of the requested 1000€). I was fine with that.


My account is fully verified.


On 26/07 and 28/07 I made three additional withdrawals (1000€, 500€, 500€) - the status is still pending.


I'm concerned that the money won't be transfered.


Would be great if you can help solving this issue.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Let's get to your questions:


  1. Is the account fully verified? --> Yes it is. They informed me via email on 30.04.2022.
  2. The winnings were accumulated with a bonus. The wager was completed ordanary.
  3. Last time I spoke to the casino was on 01.08.2022. I wrote them an email regarding the withdrawal status. No reply yet.


By the way: The confirmation for the withdrawals dated to 12.07.22 came on the same day. Unfortunately, the receipt of money is still missing.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
