i asked for WD 100 euro 16th ofjune in WP system its processed however i did rcv nothing yet .

i was told once processed the money was not with them anymore, if this is the case i would like to see the receipt that i can check with their bank.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I can understand that there is a 2weeks delay but we are now 1month further and still not on my account .
They say that it was processed ,wonder to where?
The way i see it now , think that i will never see those 100 again as i was told that the money was not with them anymore(sine the status was processed)
I would like to see that transaction to the bank from their side to verify .
I already sent several mails to support and payments but it is a once side story as they just never answer.
If they cannot come with a solid answer what went wrong i will take my conclusions
my account is indeed verified since april, and i already had a withdraw that was processed and sent same day to my account so there is nothing wrong from that point of view.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
