On 19.05. I have requested a payout of 1000€. So far, all payouts have been processed in a timely manner. That means I had my money after 3 days at the latest. Now it's not like that, I think the casino has financial problems. You don't get an answer to emails and you are rejected in the chat. The employee in the chat could not clarify any financial matters. So you just go round in circles. I am asking for your help now.
