After fulfilling the wagering requirements for the bonus amount I managed to reach €2000 and all of a sudden they removed all the money from the account claiming that it did not meet the wagering requirements and the maximum wager amount (€5). I was thinking about making a deposit so I don't know if it's reliable. Please help me

Could you please specify what bonus did you exactly use? Were you aware of the max bet rule during bonus? - What is the highest bet you've made during playing with bonus money. Are you now able to access your gaming history?
Please note that if in this specific bonus was max bet applied and you used a bet over that amount, we won't be able to do anything as it is a clear breach of terms.
