The player from India has been waiting for the payment while the verification was stuck. Later, the verification was completed. The casino claimed the player's withdrawal was processed and provided us with the payment data. However, the player has not received their funds. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and further cooperate in resolving the complaint.

This is to inform you that :

1. Withdrawl requesting 28.01.2022

2. Documents uploaded for KYC 28.01.2022

3.No communication to my email about KYC processing status or withdrawl.

4. I already chat with live customer support about this delaying. They told me to contact payments@wildpharao.com.

5. I emaild to payments@wildpharao.com two times but they still silent in nature.


Hence from 28.01.2022 to today 06.01.2022 , it is ten days running without any status of my KYC and withdrawl.


Please help me. Thanking to Casino Guru Team.

Did you upload the verification documents by mail or on the website? Did they respond anything to you since then? What kind of bonus did you play and did you finish the wagering?

Note that it sometimes may take up to 14 days for the verification or the withdrawal to be processed specially if it's your first ever withdrawal request or played with a bonus money.

From my experience, the casino pays to its fully verified players, there is just a processing time issue, it usually takes longer compared to the standard.

Withdrawl request : 28.01.2022

Today date : 28.02.2022.

It is one month completing. No withdrawl or email response I received.


From the day one, I chat so money times. The chat support all time replied me they can not help me out.


I chat again today and asking is Wildpharo casino take only deposit, not pay to winner. The agent angrily closed chat and told me this is only support team.


My question no support team in chat, no finance team by email till now saying me the cause of delaying then it is very very dissatisfied to me.


I already deposit so many times, now I m very very dissatisfied and thinking why had I deposited in this casino.


Finally, as per my review : don't believe this casino, they email to you everyday for deposit as promotion.

But at the time of withdrawl, they don't follow the terms and conditions. They are violating the terms of withdrawl processing.


I don't know, I will get or not my withdrawl. Please keep distance from this casino.

One more important point is under 'METHOD' Tabfile no word written or showing. If method is missing then how the fund will be processed. Check again the screenshot. Except Withdrawal, all deposit methods are showing in their website.

It is near about 2 months. But no payment credited to my astropay account from ProMedia N. V. (Payment handle in wild pharo casino).

I already emailed so many times but they are till silent. They till not reply any email from me.


For detail enquiry, I contacted to Astropay support team. Astropay support team replied to my email no payment from this merchent generated. I attached an screenshot for proof.


Review :-


1. Long pending of withdrawal.

2. They cancelled the old and original withdrawal request date.

3. They are displaying false information about processing withdrawal as on 07.03.2022.

4. Astropay/Skrill/Nettler do not take 10 days or more time to process . They are very honest , reliable and trustworthy. Thus this casino till not process the withdrawal originally.

5. Customer support not working.

Can you please ask Astropay support for complete transaction history? The casino does not have to be visible in the transaction history as "ProMedia N. V." Are you able to check your transaction history in your Astropay account on your own?

First of all ProMedia N. V. is the company who received deposits and make payment as per this casino.


All deposit from me successfully fund transferred to this company. My payment history in Astroay showing this company name who received fund on successfully received my deposits.


But till now no payment received from ProMedia N. V. to my astropay account.


Thus my withdrawal not credited.

Wild Pharo should produce a statement of transaction that showing fund debited of their original account. As a player, I can only see gaming transaction. If they send me email with proper statement then I will again contact to Astropay.

Can you please provide us with the confirmation of the debited amount from your bank account?
