The player from Germany requested withdrawals which were then delayed. Some payments have since been received, but as the player stopped responding the complaint was eventually rejected.

i deposit 100 € von the 17th November with a 100% Bonus.
The wagering is Complete and the bonus terms were observed observed and fulfilled.
On the 18th Novermber i withdraw 5000 €, first withdraw (2021-11-18 01:43:12) with crypto, all other via bank transfer.
The KYC/Verification allready done before the withdraw and confirmed from wildpharao.
On Support Questions the Casino only answers me with "They need 3-5 Business Days for Payouts"... Now the Day "At a Special Amount they need more time, i should be waiting"
All these are typical problems there here also happens at complains. They deliberately delay the payouts !

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

I have never received a payout.
But I already completed the KYC process weeks ago as a precaution. This was also confirmed by the casino (see screenshots before.)
