Dear Team,
I did deposit 20€ with a 500% Bonus which I wagered completely.
I did not do any bonus buys and did max. 5€ bets.
My account is fully verified.
I requested my first withdrawal of 1000€ on 25.03.
The withdrawal was getting the status processed on 5.4.
After 14 days the money did not arrive at the bank.
Can you please look into this and help?
