The player from Finland requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't been processed yet. The player received their payment shortly after submitting this complaint, and so the issue was resolved.
Hi, I have accepted 1000e withdrawal and account verification in full 01.04.2022 11:17:55 , I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my money and nothing has belonged or appeared in my account and this is my first withdrawal from that casino, the casino chat only says that the money will come soon and close the chat, so i don't know what to do now?
