The player from Finland has requested withdrawal a week ago. It has been processed but not received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
Waited more than a week for my withdrawal and still no money in my account. They say that the money has been sent and say that it takes 2-3 working days but nothing has happened

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Knowing that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I made a normal bank transfer and haven't received any tracking numbers. only email received that message:

Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to 2-3 Business days until you receive it.

I fully understand your frustration, however, I will set the timer for additional 6 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Monday, we will intervene.
