I made my withdrawal of €800 from this casino on 01/10/22.

First it took several weeks to verify my account and now since 01/10/22 the payment is being processed.

Support and withdrawal support don't respond to my emails and the live chat says they can't do anything other than they've reportedly relayed my complaint 30 times.

FYI I played with a bonus, risked the bonus properly and didn't break any bonus rules.
