Hi,

I made a withdrawal of 1000EUR in DECEMBER 2021 and nothing happened.


And they never reply to emails. And every time I go on the chat to tell them, they said they will reply soon. Very incompetent and unprofessional this casino. Bonus and promotions come to email regularly but never replied to my emails and I sent a lot of those.


I made a withdrawal of 1000Eur on December 7th morning UTC time.

The point of this complaint is not about the last screenshots I just sent.

I'm asking for you to respond to my withdrawal of 1000EUR on the account n*****hi on your casino, which I made since December 7th 2021 morning (UTC Time) on your casino.


I made this withdrawal on that day and never touched it. It is nowhere to be found, just like some of my deposits are nowhere to be found either. As you can see from the screenshots above, I contacted the chat many many times about this and about my transaction history (which has been rigged/faulty), and they keep saying I should wait and wait...


If you examine my game history details, you can calculate and in fact see that I did made a withdrawal of 1000EUR and never canceled it whatsoever. It's all a technical issue about your website! But your theory (after everything I've experienced with WildPharao) is to just to ignore everything and take the money...!!!

We would like to ask the Wild Pharao Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any relevant explanation from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
