I've been waiting for my payout since February 4th, 2022! According to my profile it has been paid out. But until today I still have nothing in my bank account! My other payout should have been paid out on 2/10/22 according to my profile. Nothing shows up in my bank account either. When I send emails, I get no replies! And the live support is sometimes so rude that they either don't give me an answer to my question or just end the chat!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal has been processed but never reached you? Have you received a transaction tracking number from the casino?
Please understand, bank transfers can be tricky, and the entire process can take a bit longer since intermediary banks might be involved, and international transactions take place.
