The player from Finland is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The casino replied and stated that payment had been sent and the player then became unresponsive. It seems the issue has been resolved, but without confirmation from the player the complaint has been rejected.

I originally deposited on this site 10EUR back in 26.01.2022 and claimed welcome bonus that gave me 25€ extra to play. I completed the wager requirment and got up to 100EUR. I tried to cashout using same method as i deposited (bank card) but after waiting a week without hearing anything about my money, i contacted the site live support. Support told me to contact " payments@wildpharao.com" in order to ask about status of my withdraw.


After waiting couple days for my withdraw/ email back from the wild pharao, i canceled my withdraw and decided to play some more. Now i got to 440€ and tried to withdraw it but long story short, it's now have been 9-10 days from that attempt and i still havn't heard anything about my cashout. I tried once again to contact the support of the site but i realised pretty fast that the support can barely even speak english. When i tried to get them help me to reach out to the payments team in order to hear what is going on with my withdraw, they just closed the chat. Actually they did this one twice.


I once again tried to contact "payments@wildpharao.com" 2 days ago to ask why my withdraw is not even processing a but they havn't answered me back. Matter of fact, they havn't still replied even to my earlier ticket that i send out there 10 days ago. I also tried to contact

"support@mail.promedia.ladesk.com" that is connected to the gambling site back in 31.1.2022 but they havn't answered me back on that one either.


I tried to put video recording here about our chat with the livesupport since i didn't realise to download the transcript but the file is too big to put here. Eitherway, everything has went excatly as i stated before but i can send the video recording later on trough other way if necessary.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Additionally, you can forward everything that you couldn't upload as an attachment to my email address kristina.s@casino.guru.

Hi there again, it's now been 14 days and i still havn't heard anything about my withdraw.

I also did go trough KYC process in the meantime and my account is now fully verified but it still didn't help me to get my winnings.


I'm sending you the files now to the email you gave me.

Yes, this was my first time playing on the site and first time trying to withdraw winnings from there.

I tried to cashout using same bank card as i deposited from, Visa.
