Since this is not your first withdrawal, I believe it is only a matter of time before you receive it. I would recommend you wait for a little bit longer. Used bitcoin before. The first withdrawal to bitcoin was ~5 days.

Then they had problems withdrawing funds to bitcoin and had to withdraw to a bank account, then the withdrawal took more than 2 weeks. Without.
