Hello, I made a deposit of 50 euros in the above casino on September 17th, 21st with a 250% bonus. Have successfully implemented and had a final account balance of around € 2294. Then played the sum straight and paid out 1000 € on 19.9, 20.9 € 1000 and on 21.9 € 290. Since then, the money at the casino has been open to payment. The casino told me that a payment had already been paid out and that it should be with me this Friday (October 29th) at the latest. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Now when I am in the live chat I am referred to Die Agbs again and again. My account has been successfully verified. All payments are still open to this day. Despite the statement that something was paid out. Unfortunately, that makes me more than skeptical

The status of All 3 Payouts is still Open and nothing has been paid out yet. I sent an email to the finance department 5 days ago and I don't get an answer to this email

Yes, I received the first 1000 euros yesterday, but there is still a remaining amount of 1290 euros so everything has not yet been transferred in full.
We would like to ask the Wild Pharao Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
In the meantime, according to the system, the 2 payouts have been "processed" since 11/11/21, but until today I have neither had a payment confirmation nor an incoming payment on my account. According to chat 3-5 working days which are now rum again.
