Well i made whidrawal 26th december fully verified before whidrawal. It was then pending until 8th january when i was irritated and contacted the chat asking when its going to be approved.
Well in that moment it magically got approved and i was told that i would have it soon. Then as of today, no money. The chat says now that they have nothing to do with the payment and gave me a mail where noone answers. I contacted my bank and they see no transaction and recommend i contact casino so they can investigate. I double checked that i entered the correct bank details and i did.
Now im worried i wont get the whidrawal..

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal request was approved on the 8th of January?

Hello Kristina! Yes the live chat changed it from pending to processed the 8th of january.
Now on the fourth business day which is today i contacted my bank asking if they can see if anything is on its way but nothing.. i also wrote to the casino via mail asking when they will accually send the money..A processed whidrawal for me means they sent the money and that the whidrawal is done from their part..

Hi i accually recieved it now. I'm sorry but i thought i wouldnt recieve it.. all happy now... only took 23 days to make whidrawal.. 🤭
