Hi,i made an withdraw of 300€ 27.12.2020 it was processed and accepted day 03.01.2022 but i didnt received the money,today it s 11.01.2022.The support dont give me information about what happend every time i try and didn’t get any respose.Can anyone help me?I have screenshoots with every conversation with the support
