A successful payout has already been made, but it was "faster".
The win was won with no bonus.
I only had to wager the money once in order to pay it out. This has always been taken into account.
The account is fully verified and since last week, Wednesday June 15th, it suddenly says that it has been processed. So far nothing has been credited to my account.

Also, which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used before?
The last successful withdrawal was on March 4, 2022, on the same day it says Processed on Wild Pharaoh, as well as on my bank statement.
The payment was made around the end of January/beginning of February and therefore took about 4 weeks.
For all payouts, I opted for the Bank method.
What I should say about that, the 300 payout is split into 4 payouts each.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
