The player from Norway had his withdrawal canceled.
I tried to withdraw my winnings after I had wagered it all. I did not play on any of 0% games or above the bet limit. They just canceled my withdrawal and does not answer emails. I am how ever able to speak with live support, but they say that I have to send an email.

In cases similar to your mostly the problem is that player violated some bonus condition.
Typical is breaching a maximum allowed bet which should not be higher than €8 in your case.
But because you already wrote that you checked the conditions and you didn't breach anything I would like to ask casino representatives to help us find out why Sondre's withdrawals were cancelled and money confiscated.
