Case summary

The player from Georgia encountered issues with depositing money into the casino. He was informed that she fell below the minimum requirement, thus his deposit was lost in the blockchain. Despite the disagreement, the casino would not credit his account or allow her to speak to a manager. He feels that $5.49 was taken unjustly. The complaint was rejected as the player did not meet the requirements to deposit into the casino.

He said I fell below the minimum requirement and my deposit was lost in the blockchain but the ticket says differently he would not credit my account unless I would make another deposit. He won't give me free spins or anything he would not put me through to a manager even though he understood the situation he said 000 020000 was min. He just straight up. Took my money $5.49 is what he said it was but I didn't know I was going to incurve fees. I sent what they said I sent 21 000 in bitcoin he would not put me through to a manager or anything told me my deposit was lost to the blockchain that he didn't get it but he did cuz the ticket says he did

Hello 2joe4541,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Wild.io Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Was this your first ever deposit into the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is clearly visible on the screenshots you provided that the fee is higher than the amount you sent. file

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

No I've had made a deposit there before. It's been a while. I had an issue back then one time too. I have spoken to customer service again except this time I got a different response and believe it or not they just lowered the amount. That is the minimum deposit like 2 days after my incident happened. Supposedly I have screenshots of their new minimum and I spoke to a separate guy about this and the same resolution. They want me to make another deposit and I'm not going to do it. If they can't even honor the little bit of money I did deposit but they've just lying because first off do told me one thing then he changed it to the minimum. And this guy tells me the minimum is one thing and the other guy said the minimum was another so they're just running back and forth trying to cover ground

Dear 2joe4541,

Based on the transaction you provided, we can't hold the casino responsible for the lost deposit as they did not receive any money from you as it all went to the blockchain. Did they promise in case you would deposit again to add the previous balance as well?

No, they received $5.11 out of that. It didn't get lost in the blockchain. I have texts chats where they even said how much they received from me. At first he'd lied to me and said they didn't get any that it got lost in the blockchain. But then they wind up admitted that they did get some money because he even said they received $5.11. I'll send you the text and no they did not tell me they would give me it with my next deposit. They said they would give me a deal on my next deposit and add a bonus but I don't play with bonuses. I play straight up money

You see what he put in that last picture. I posted that I'm supposed to deposit 002 but only got 00155 okay where's that number come from if they didn't get nothing because that's not what I sent

Oh and get this a week. Not even a week after that happened to me. They lowered their limit on the deposit so the amount I did send would now qualify for deposit. According to them the plain fact is they took my money and they don't want to give it back and they want me to deposit more money into their account when they can't even honor the five f****** dollars I did send

Dear 2joe4541,

After taking into consideration all the facts, we can't hold the casino responsible for the lost transaction. At the time you deposited the limit was different and as your provided had fees during the transaction, it did not meet the minimum requirements to deposit into the casino.

I'm really sorry that we could not help you out in this case but as the requirements were not met to deposit, we can hardly do anything with it.

Wish you best luck in the future.

Regards,

Nick
