I opened an account via the Wild.io Telegram app in January 2025 and deposited 0.23499975 ETH. I activated the welcome bonus and fully met the 40x wagering requirement. After the bonus ended, I had over $20,000 in funds.
As soon as I requested the withdrawal, the chaos began:
My account was blocked and I suddenly had to submit KYC (even though deposits and games were possible before).
After I sent my documents, my account was closed.
Wild.io accused me of having multiple accounts without any evidence and withheld everything, including my original deposit.
Additionally, my IP was blocked, I could no longer access the site, and support was not available via chat or email.
The behavior is absolutely unfair:
If there really is a violation, the casino still cannot withhold my deposit.
Evidence of the alleged multiple accounts was never presented.
They should have blocked my account when I registered—not after I won.
I've tried contacting the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) several times, but so far I haven't received a response. Wild.io itself has also ignored all further emails.
My conclusion: Wild.io behaves like a pure scam. They accept deposits and let players play, but as soon as you win, they look for reasons to confiscate everything. Stay away from this casino!

Over the past two years, I received 7 promotional emails from Wild.io encouraging me to sign up and play. After finally creating an account, I deposited and played — and I won.
But instead of being paid out, Wild.io claimed I was playing from a restricted jurisdiction (Australia) and locked my account.
What makes this extremely deceptive: • I’m a dual citizen, and no warning or geo-block was triggered when I signed up, deposited, or played. • KYC documents were requested three times, with vague reasons each time. After complying fully, they still refused to pay, citing my jurisdiction — only after I won. • Their Terms & Conditions list Australia almost last in a buried list of restricted countries — and at no point was this enforced until I requested a withdrawal.
Here’s the kicker:
If I had lost, they would have gladly kept my money and let me keep playing. The fact that jurisdiction was only raised after I won shows a clear case of selective enforcement and bad faith.
If they truly cared about regulatory compliance, I would have been blocked from registering, depositing, or playing — not targeted with promotional emails and allowed to lose money freely.
I will be formally escalating this complaint to Curaçao eGaming and relevant consumer protection authorities. This kind of behavior is predatory and unethical, and I want others to be aware before trusting this platform.

Let's start with the games offered are great but working with the customer service is not ideal. I copied and pasted the wrong address for withdrawal. The funny is it was the Casino deposit address so my funds went back into the Casino Account. No harm no fowl i thought until they told me i had to play it through 1x again. After playing small bets meaning .50 cent bets it was all gone trying to play through one time. Now at first i though it was all my fault but after trying to make another withdrawal after this date i made sure i used the right address but when it showed me the address it was going to use well would you know it was the Casino address again. This was after I made sure to copy and paste my address from my wallet. My issue is the Casino could see where the money came from which was the Casino account and sent to the Casino account and they would not let me withdraw without the playthrough. Experienced players at online Casinos should not think this is an issue. This rant is for new timers that attempt to play here. Make sure you verify everything and don't let your feelings of excitement get in the way and rush a withdrawal. Because the Casino will not work with you.

Although i was lucky and won abit of money, the experience wasnt worth it. Took me months to get the money out and that was only after help from casino.guru, they blocked my account directly after my win and refused to pay and only after i made a complaint here at casino.guru they decided they had to pay because lese their rating would drop. They also needed me to do a video verification through skype, and im sure 95% of everyone playing online would hate this. People that have no porblem at a casino will never make a review without the casino telling them to, so be aware everytime you see a casino with loads of 5 star reviews that are detailed on how good their experience was. Stay away you will find more ethical casinos other places!

I was a huge fan at 1st and thought I'd be playing here primarily but a few things changed like minimum bets on some bgamiming games I play went .004 matches to .0900 (Four Lucky Diamonds. Another issue that may seem insignificant is the free spins awarded from "Wheel" and what they would give as "appreciation" chips are all games that have in my opinion a much lower potential for any wins that can be more than I time drainer. The most frustrating and most significant reason I rarely play here was the constant issue with thing NEVER being credited automatically. Can't understand the negative (older) reviews. TOP bonuses with a minimum 10 USD deposit, I deposited 2x the 10 & then lost again, with the free spins I got about 40USD with a wager of x40. This implemented and in the end I applied for 370 USD, which was paid out 10 minutes (!!) later. kyc was not even necessary. Emails are also answered after 10 minutes and what's also great you can play all slots with bonus money as far as I saw! :)
