I opened an account via the Wild.io Telegram app in January 2025 and deposited 0.23499975 ETH. I activated the welcome bonus and fully met the 40x wagering requirement. After the bonus ended, I had over $20,000 in funds.
As soon as I requested the withdrawal, the chaos began:
My account was blocked and I suddenly had to submit KYC (even though deposits and games were possible before).
After I sent my documents, my account was closed.
Wild.io accused me of having multiple accounts without any evidence and withheld everything, including my original deposit.
Additionally, my IP was blocked, I could no longer access the site, and support was not available via chat or email.
The behavior is absolutely unfair:
If there really is a violation, the casino still cannot withhold my deposit.
Evidence of the alleged multiple accounts was never presented.
They should have blocked my account when I registered—not after I won.
I've tried contacting the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) several times, but so far I haven't received a response. Wild.io itself has also ignored all further emails.
My conclusion: Wild.io behaves like a pure scam. They accept deposits and let players play, but as soon as you win, they look for reasons to confiscate everything. Stay away from this casino!

After complying fully, they still refused to pay, citing my jurisdiction — only after I won. • Their Terms & Conditions list Australia almost last in a buried list of restricted countries — and at no point was this enforced until I requested a withdrawal.
Here’s the kicker:
If I had lost, they would have gladly kept my money and let me keep playing. The fact that jurisdiction was only raised after I won shows a clear case of selective enforcement and bad faith.
If they truly cared about regulatory compliance, I would have been blocked from registering, depositing, or playing — not targeted with promotional emails and allowed to lose money freely.
I will be formally escalating this complaint to Curaçao eGaming and relevant consumer protection authorities. This kind of behavior is predatory and unethical, and I want others to be aware before trusting this platform.

I was a huge fan at 1st and thought I'd be playing here primarily but a few things changed like minimum bets on some bgamiming games I play went .004 matches to .0900 (Four Lucky Diamonds. Another issue that may seem insignificant is the free spins awarded from "Wheel" and what they would give as "appreciation" chips are all games that have in my opinion a much lower potential for any wins that can be more than I time drainer.
