I don't know what you mean by that, i play clear, as you can see at weekend i deposit 2000 trx and when on sunday i lost all, i contact to live chat if there are any free spins available.

You send me 15 free spins and with that i start winning and the time the account closed i had 31000 TRX won and wagered 90% of the bonus to become my funds be available for withdraw. And then you blocked me ! I ask immedietly opening my account to continue play and wager my bonus . I liked your site and was a good professional effort from your side but after that stance i will continue the bad reviews.

On your response i play Belatra slot games, Cleo Book . And i am registered since november when they approach me first, by sending me a promo email with free spins with no deposit. And from then when i had some extra money i play there. Sorry about my bad english

Yes , i lost all my deposits, and after that i had 15 free spins and with that spins i accumulate all my wins. It was not withdrawable but i was wager the amount needed about 90% when they blocked me. Now probably they will erase my wins because tomorrow i has passed 7 days

I understand. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


1.32. The maximum payout from any no-deposit bonus for registration (including sign up free spins) is 0.0028 BTC, 0.434 BCH, 0.029 ETH, 0.898 LTC, 833 DOGE, 154 XRP, 806 TRX, 0.183 BNB, 50 USDT. All winnings above this amount will be canceled twice: when wagering is finished and when payout is requested.


Please understand that if your winnings were accumulated from Free Spins solely, you wouldn't be entitled to more than 2.8 mBTC (€70).

Since there are no real funds involved, the casino has the right, unfortunately, to block your account. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. They not reply at my messages that’s why I didn’t answer and the money lost at my account because It was at wager bonus 7 days timeframe .

The time have passed and I think they did that because I won from free spins that amount of money I had and they decided to ban me and take my wins.

From now on I ll bad reviews for wild.io , because they are unprofessional and "cheap" small company , also support are layers and promoting their "betting strategies for unfair winnings"
