The site is misleading about bonuses and promos. Customer service is no help. And they will not let me delete my account like I asked them to. They have a button when you make your deposit. That is for all bonuses not just promo codes. But it doesn't tell you that is for all bonuses. It's made to look like it's just for promo codes. It is very misleading. I've had nothing but issues with this casino and I advise folks do not spend money there because your issues will not get resolved

Well as it stands now I have a withdrawal in place for 1000 bucks and even though they say it only takes 10 minutes to cash out. I'm getting the 24-hour scenario now and since it's been 24 hours now it's turned to them saying 24 to 48 hours. So I'm assuming when 48 hours runs around that the issues going to be 72 hours and so forth. As for the bonuses, yes they are misleading. Their website says one thing but they give you another. I've been close some pictures to show you what I'm talking about. You know I don't give a hassle when I got to give my money to them. I don't see why it's such a hassle to get what they advertise and we pay for. These first pictures I'm about to send you are pretty much the beginning of this newest situation I have with this casino. On Monday the 18th I deposited 50 bucks. Okay I sent 60 but it took 10 bucks in gas to get there. So they had a promo going on which was 10 spins at $2 a spin for VIP. Well the minimum deposit for that bonus was 60 bucks so I failed to meet that bonus. So I hit customer service up and said since I didn't deposit enough to get that bonus can I get the wheel bonus which you can get every 24 hours if you deposit 20 or more bucks. Well after an hour waiting to hear back on the bonus and after my deposit I get I get a no as a response. So I was like okay. I'll just withdraw my money. Well they wouldn't let me withdraw my 50 bucks right? Then there was no bonus attached to it. It was just 50 bucks. He come back to me. Told me I had to have one time playthrough in order to withdraw my funds. I said okay. Deposit my money back onto my account and I went and played. Well I won 1600 and what do you know? Yep the runaround I follow their rules and still get to run around. Try to withdraw some of it had more than one time playthrough and I was only withdrawing a thousand bucks and here we are 24 hours later and I still haven't gotten it. They said up to 24 hours the first time. Now when 24 hours rolls around now they're saying 24 to 48 hours. So I'm sure when 48 hours runs around and they're still no deposit into my Bitcoin account that it's going to turn into 48 to 72 hours and so forth and so forth. And that's not to mention the bonus situation where on their website it says you get one thing. But when you reached that point you don't get that. Thing you get something totally different. The simple fact that he wouldn't let me spend the wheel when I made a $50 deposit and was just making an excuses should just show that they are not operating fairly.

The last picture is the bonus I was talking about. It says they'll give you 60 bucks when you reach that level. But when you reach that level they don't give you 60 bucks. They give you 70 spins on some game that nobody's playing. But this is just one situation I've had with them and this time it turned around around to my advantage because since he would not let me take my money out redeposit it so I can get that bonus. I went ahead and played as normal because I normally don't play with bonuses but I would have got the wheel or to spends but I was going to be done with them but he made me play my money through so I went and played it and I won actually and I'm still getting to run around. It's like every time I have a situation with them it's nothing but the runaround. And their side is misleading. You don't advertise. You'll give us this when we get to a certain point and then turn around and give out something totally different. And they're bonus button. When you check out it opens a promo box for that bonus button goes for every bonus that they offer even the level up bonuses. That's another trick. They got up their sleeve that they got me for the first time. So the first three levels I had graduated I didn't get no bonus because I wasn't accepting promo codes and I clicked that box right there for promo codes. But it doesn't say it goes for every bonus that they offer. You think it goes just for promo codes cuz it's right there at checkout. Alls I know is I'm waiting a thousand bucks withdrawal from this casino and I have been abiding by their rules and I'm just still getting dicked around. There's no way anybody can say I'm wrong here. They got me on my one deposit where I didn't send enough money to meet their minimum so they got to keep that little $5. All right I make another deposit. They don't give me a bonus because I had a bonus attached to my deposit which was not enough to get that bonus so they wouldn't change my bonus. So I'm playing by the rules all right. They would not let me withdraw my money until I played it one time through well. I went and played it one time through no bonuses added. No will my money straight up? I won and I'm still getting to run around. It's more hassle than anything and it's a shame because it's a nice little website. They just advertised false information and so far they don't pay out like they're supposed to

As it stands right now I cannot contact customer service so I'm assuming they are trying to delete messages or whatever. But I got pics I don't know. Like I said, it's been nothing but drama and b******* from this website ever since I started playing

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.  

Regarding the bonuses, please bear in mind that some bonuses might be used only once (as was the case with the bonus in the screenshot you sent here). Moreover, it's important to note that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine if you qualify for it and what rules apply.

If you're unable to activate some type of bonus, there is likely a specific reason for it. However, we do not investigate these reasons further and we cannot compel casinos to provide specific bonuses to you.
