I withdrew a large amount on 06/03/21. I was asked to resubmit my docs for KYC, this was done immediately and verified.
The payout time stated for bank transfer is 2-5 business days
It is now 19/03/21, I've been on messages with their support had it escalated to finance 3 times and still no response. Should I wait much longer?
The casino has confirmed it went to 'the processor' 12/03/21 however I've seen and heard nothing yet.

I have made several sucessful withdrawals in the past, none this large.
I was contacted by security team today after putting pressure on them, can I withdraw this complaint til next week just to see what they do
