Have been with them since before they became jokaviproom, well over 6 years. I've always had a somewhat positive experience with them. Last year I won in excess of $250,000, they even sent me a congratulatory box with a bottle Chandon and chocolates. But despite their page advertising the max single withdrawal amount being $50,000, I was informed I could submit a request for withdrawal once a week for a maximum amount of $10,000. When I questioned the allocated VIP manager why that was, he said it was management discretion about how much could be withdrawn and that they made the final decision on the amount.
Won a very large amount, minimal withdrawal allowed.
