Are you aware of placing single bet higher than the maximum allowed one (if the bonus were €10 then the maximum allowed bet would be €2,90)?

Yes, the bonus was 10 euros and I initially played with bets equal to 1 euro 25 cents then arrived at a certain point I increased the bet to 3.60 euros I came to unlock the terms to be able to withdraw initially they gave me a transaction number of the withdrawal ... but the next day they told me I was not entitled to that money .. if you have the opportunity please help me get this money thanks in advance for your help

Unfortunately, Daniele, there is nothing we can do for you regarding confiscated winnings. If you are aware of placing higher than allowed bets while wagering a bonus, casino has the right to cancel all the winnings associated with promotional offer. 

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.
