"Withdrawal Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is €100 per withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are limited to €5,000 per 30 day period.
Any requests not within these limits will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your balance."
Could you please confirm that disputed amount is €13? Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
