I've been waiting for my payout for 6 days!!
I emailed all of my documents to the finance department of the casino 6 days ago because I was asked to do so. Since then no reaction to my emails, in the live chat I am told the same thing every day, because of the live chat you are supposedly not connected to the finance department and can't ask there!!! I should be patient blah blah blah!!!
In any other casino, document verification takes a maximum of 48 hours. And that's a long time. At other casinos you can even upload your documents in live chat and have them checked immediately by the relevant department.

Withdrawals in the casino can only be reviewed after an account is verified and can take up to 5 business days to be reviewed. This is the maximum timeframe and in practice the waiting time is much lower than this.
I have checked and you account has been verified on February 28, 2023 and your withdrawal was processed and paid by the casino earlier today (March 1, 2023).
