Hi

I have opened and registered with this westcasino this month only as i like the bonuses and game variety so i made two deposit one is from jeton and one from crypto litecoin .


From my last deposit from crypto ltc of INR 1980 i got 160 wager free spin as no wager free spin without any winning limits . So i won from wager free spins and wager my deposit once also as per withdrawal condition which i did very correctly . And i aslo verified my account before placing for withdrawal.


I requested my withdrawal on 16th December 2022 of INR 9000 through crypto ltc till today they just cancel the withdrawal and asked me to send the crypto statement for payment verification which i gave also today and they verified my payment verification also so why are they delaying the withdrawal without any good reason as again they will find any excuse to failed the transaction.


They just wasting the time by delaying the withdrawal,

My account is fully verified on 16th December itself as they delaying withdrawal on purpose as they first cancelled by withdrawal on 21st December by saying crypto has technical issue and proceed with new withdrawal request . I requested with again on the same day 21st again pending status then i came to chat on 23 rd December regarding delay pending status then they say crypto issue is still there and they don't know when will it be fixed and give another alternative

withdraw or wait for crypto payment provider to fixed.

Which is very insensible as they could have told me to withdraw with other alternative option of muchbetter on 21st December itself so my time wouldn't be wasted .


Now on 23rd December i placed withdrawal request after chat agent told me to request with another method for quicker time .

As they suggested me to use muchbetter for withdrawal i tried request of withdrawal of rs 9000 through much better but it got cancelled from casino ends for no reason and returned my money in my westcasino account by any how they just delaying the withdrawal since 16th December.

I requested withdrawal on 24th December after westcasino told me use alternate faster withdrawal option . Today is 29th december my withdrawal is still in pending like always .


I don't know why they are not processing it faster .

Char support doesn't have any information about payment status .

There is new update again ,

I got receive an email from finance team that telling me cancel my withdrawal and initiate new withdrawal again with jeton as muchbetter withdrawal is not working .


These is the third time they wasted time and cancel withdrawal..


Such a scamming casino .. kindly don't deposit to this casino in your life.
