The casino confirmed that the withdrawal of EUR 300 was processed and paid on 15/05/2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, the player did not respond. The complaint was rejected due to lack of response.

Good afternoon,


I cant believe westcasino or is it a scam?


The first time i try to withdrawal my money ( 300 euros) was on the 23ste of april its 14 may now.

In that timeframe i did my verification and i had to choice a different withdrawal method.


After all this the keep saying it wil be in my wallet after 5 buisnisdays maximum. It is 6 buisnisdays later now. A total of 3 weeks have passed if you count the whole process.


Is this normal with westcasino or?

Most sites these days pay out in a day or two.

Hopefully u have some answers because there helpdesk is not helping me at all.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
